 Apprentice Level 3 - General Teaching Assistant TTO 39 weeks

Hours:                            37.5 per week to include study time

Wage:                            £6.40 per hour in line with National Minimum Wage

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Demonstrate a patient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Experienced, using positive behaviour tools in a work capacity.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.

General Teaching Assistant (GTA) TTO Plus 5 Training Days / Midday Supervisor (MSA) -  Alanbrooke Academy
GTA Salary: Grade C SCP 2 – 4 - £22,366 to £23,114 FTE per annum (Actual £15,581.70 - £16,102.81)

MSA Salary: Grade B SCP 2. £22,366 FTE per annum (Actual £1,269.49)

Contract Type: 39 Weeks, Fixed Term till July 2025

Hours of work: GTA 30hrs per week / MSA 2.5hrs per week

Start Date: October 2024

Alanbrooke Academy is part of Elevate Multi Academy Trust. Alanbrooke has recently converted to an Academy and is excited to have a position for an inspirational, enthusiastic General Teaching
Assistant, the role will be full time class based in Reception, Year 1 & Year 2. The class is a small mixed age class in our perfectly formed small school family. We would welcome any interested
candidates to contact the school to arrange a visit or conversation with the Executive Headteacher. 


As GTA you will be required to support children under the direction of the class teacher. This position will initially be at Alanbrooke Primary School on a fixed term contract to end July 2025.

We are looking for someone who is:
